A man was seen helping an elote vendor wrangle his cart inside a PNC Bank lobby during a major hailstorm on Oct. 21. The incident took place at 2810 W. Peoria Ave., near the Peoria Avenue and I-17 cross-streets, as hostile conditions battered the area outside. The storm was covered extensively by FOX in the 19th Avenue corridor area.
